At EFCC, we accept a number of different insurance companies. Below you’ll see which clinicians accepts which company.

We also offer service receipts for you to file if you are out-of-network. You may call your insurance provider to find out if we are in-network with your insurance. They can also give you information if you have a deductible and they will be able to help you understand what you can expect to pay, if any, out-of-pocket per session.
